30000 hits, awards, brilliant teachers, grateful

mouse water

A very big thank you to all my supporters out there. I have reached 30 000 hits on my blog. Without you all this would not be possible.

One looks back with appreciation to the brilliant teachers, but with gratitude to those who touched our human feelings. The curriculum is so much necessary raw material, but warmth is the vital element for the growing plant and for the soul of the child.

field of flowers award

Dear Kitty has very generously nominated me for” Field of Flowers award”. Yes are quite correct Dear Kitty, one cannot ever have enough flowers 🙂 Thank you so much.

Patty, who created this award, writes about it:

“I already created an award once (The Semper Fidelis Award) and today I felt like creating another one.

~~The Field of Flowers Award~~

Note: I have created this new award because there are some people who I would give a field full of flowers if I could.

Not just a couple of flowers… No, a field full of them.

Because they can use it, to thank someone or because they simply deserve it. Flowers give color, flowers say ‘I Care’ and flowers are nature’s gift to us.

You give them to show someone you care or to celebrate something. Just spreading a little love and care.

Rules:

Thank the blogger who nominated you
Place the award on your blog
Nominate 7 other bloggers and write a little something about why you would give these bloggers A Field Of Flowers
Let your nominees know that you nominated them

Of course you don’t have to accept an award, just know you’re appreciated!

My seven nominees are:

Hortusclosus – Pour vivre heureux, vivons cachés
Iris and the Lily – a wonderful nature and gardening blog
Mummy Flying Solo – an inside look at a Mommy flying solo
Julie Green Art –
“Peace. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.”
– Unknown
Amber Africa – A life without regrets.
Tales from the Lou –
Francis Bacon (1605) wrote “Critical thinking is a desire to seek, patience to doubt, fondness to meditate, slowness to assert, readiness to consider, carefulness to dispose and set in order; and hatred for every kind of imposture.” –
Meticulous Mick – A lover of the outdoors, nature and beauty in all its forms.

Congratulations! 🙂

Here is what Shaun, the creator of the WordPress Family Award, had to say about it :

“This is an award for everyone who is part of the “Word Press Family”. I start this award on the basis that the WordPress family has taken me in, and showed me love and a caring side only WordPress can. The way people take a second to be nice, to answer a question and not make things a competition amazes me here. I know I have been given many awards, but I wanted to leave my own legacy on here by creating my own award, as many have done before. This represents “Family” we never meet, but are there for us as family. It is my honour to start this award”.

I do feel that WordPress has given me a new online “Family” and I am proud to nominate the following members of my family for this award.

My nominees are (of course, all nominees like always are free to accept or decline the nomination. In this case, they may also choose any 3 other awards.

  1. Valeriudgbarbu
  2. ajapaud
  3. scvincent
  4. Vanda Chittenden
  5. Stillwalks
  6. Cyberbonn
  7. omtatjuan
  8. thecrazycrone

  10. cynthiajackson

Congratulations to all the nominees! Best of luck to every one!
