I still need to learn a lot about natural pest solutions, some worms are into my tomatoes, and I do not wish to use poison. But my earthworms are doing great!

Do you have any gardening resolutions for 2014?
Mine are to grow less food (to eat as much but to waste less); to install a water feature (probably a half barrel); to stake my herbaceous plants earlier; to thoroughly mulch my fruit bushes with well rotted manure; to actively manage my compost bins and to try to inspire some children and young people to get into gardening.
