It may sound stupid but I have no idea that there are fake ones. After reading this I actually test it by mixing with water and putting some in the paper. The good thing is that the honey I bought in our local store is real. 🙂 I am so relieved. Thanks for sharing the infographic Brigid.

Beekeeper here, our honey comes directly from the hives to a jar without any heating or filtering and we get foam floating on the top of our bottling tanks every time. This same foam is sometimes found in the tops of the jars after they have been bottled.
