Ingredients:
1 cup spouted Mung Beans

5ml salt
2,5 ml Turmeric
2,5 ml red masala
5 ml green masala
2,5ml ginger pounded
2,5 ml garlic crushed
200ml warm water
Tempering
12,5ml cooking oil
1 dry red chilli
25ml asafoetida
Garnish
chopped coriander leaves
Method :
Sprout Mung beans 2 days in advance
In a large bowl mixed sprouts, onions and spice
Heat frying pan, add oil and tempering spices
Allow to sizzle a few seconds
Add sprouts and water, boil until water is absorbed.
Garnish with coriander leaves
serve in rotis
